For orders within India, yes. You have 7 days from delivery, for unused product in its original packaging. WhatsApp our team with your order number and we handle it from there. Orders shipped outside India cannot be returned or exchanged, so message us before you order and we will help with size, fabric and a video of the actual piece.

What material is used in Braided products?
Braided craft involves interlacing strands of natural fibre, thread, or leather to create ropes, handles, bracelets, and decorative trims. The technique is simple but produces strong, flexible products.
Is this eco-friendly?
The maker takes three or more strands and crosses them over each other in a repeating pattern. Tighter braids produce stiffer results. The technique is ancient and universal, but each region uses locally available materials.
Will it hold up to daily use?
Natural fibre products are surprisingly sturdy for regular household use. Avoid heavy loads and prolonged moisture. With basic care, they last for years and develop a nice patina.
How do I clean Braided products?
Wipe with a dry cloth. For stubborn dust, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Never soak in water. prolonged moisture weakens natural fibres and can cause mold.
Will the color or texture change over time?
Natural fibres deepen in tone with age. Some lighten with sun exposure. This aging is normal and gives the product character. Store away from direct sun to slow the process.
