This whole page is one group's work. Kamli is a women's artisan group in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and every Rakhi here is either hand embroidered or crocheted by them, loop by loop and stitch by stitch. They have been an iTokri partner since 2018. Everything is in stock and ships from our base in Gwalior, so what you pick is the exact piece that reaches your brother.
Kamli's women work in two crafts. One is tribal hand embroidery: bright geometric motifs stitched onto a small patch, often finished with a rudraksha bead. The other is crochet: cotton yarn worked by hand into peacocks, flowers, and Om motifs. Both go onto Rakhis, and several are made to be kept long after the thread comes off.

Because these are stitched and crocheted, not glued plastic, Kamli's kids Rakhis are made to stay useful. Once the festival is over, the embroidered ones work as a fridge magnet or a hair clip. It is a handmade Rakhi that does not end up in the bin just after Raksha Bandhan.
For a married brother, Kamli's Lumba sets pair his wrist Rakhi with a Lumba Rakhi for your sister-in-law, both made in the same crochet or embroidery. The peacock and Om sets are the popular ones, so Bhaiya and Bhabhi Rakhis are covered in a single order.
We send Rakhi online across India and worldwide, with dedicated pages for the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Your cost and delivery time show at checkout for the address you enter, so order a couple of weeks early for an overseas post.
We hold Kamli's Rakhis in our own stock and ship them ourselves, so nothing is made to order and the piece you see is the piece you get. We name the maker right here, because on hand embroidery and crochet the person who made it is the whole value.
You can also explore other makers on iTokri like crochet work Rakhi, embroidery Rakhi, and Patwa Rakhi.
