This service is supported by our trusted logistics partner, BlueDart Express. For orders placed from cities not covered by BlueDart, we will request payment via online transfer or bank deposit.

Shipping to India: If you’re using an international card to ship an order to an address within India, simply enter your billing and shipping details accordingly at checkout. Our system will handle the rest, ensuring a smooth transaction.

At iTokri, we understand that some customers prefer to pay for their orders upon delivery. To accommodate this preference, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within India.

 

How to Place a COD Order

 

Step 1: Add to Cart: Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout: Once you have finalized your selection, proceed to the checkout page.

Step 3: Choose COD: When prompted to select a payment method, choose “Cash on Delivery (COD)”.

Step 4: Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a call from our customer service team to confirm the order. Once confirmed, your order will be processed for COD.

Step 5: Payment on Delivery: When your order arrives, pay the delivery agent from BlueDart Express and receive your parcel.

 

COD Charges and Conditions

 

Free COD for Orders Above ₹500: COD is free for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, there is an additional shipping charge of ₹50.

Processing Time: Please note that COD orders may take an extra working day or two to process due to the confirmation steps involved. If you would like to expedite your order, we recommend converting your COD order to a prepaid order.

Conversion to Prepaid: If you wish to convert your COD order into a prepaid order, simply reply to the email confirmation you received, and we will send you a link to make the payment online.

Faster Processing: Prepaid orders are processed more quickly, often within 24-48 hours, allowing for faster delivery.

Eco-Friendly Option: By choosing a prepaid order, you help us reduce the use of printing paper required for COD processing, contributing to our eco-friendly initiatives.

All-Inclusive Pricing: The prices listed on our website are final and all-inclusive. This means that the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay, with no additional charges for taxes, octroi, or shipping (for orders above ₹500 within India).

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

 

Taxes and Duties

 

Domestic Orders: All applicable taxes are included in the product price for orders within India.

International Orders: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the total order amount at checkout and must be paid separately upon delivery.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. For other payment methods, such as UPI or digital wallets, refunds will be issued to the corresponding account.

Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is received. It may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Refunds on International Orders

 

Currency Conversion: For international orders, refunds will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Due to currency conversion, the refunded amount may vary slightly from the original payment amount. This is beyond our control and is determined by your bank or payment provider.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees paid by the customer at the time of delivery are non-refundable. You may be able to claim a refund for these charges through your local customs office, subject to their policies.
