1. Payments Policy

Customers shopping within India can choose from the following payment options:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
UPI (all major UPI apps supported)
Net Banking (select Indian banks)
iTokri E-Gift Vouchers
Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

All options are displayed clearly at checkout.


2. Payment Methods (International)

For customers shopping from outside India:
Apple Pay
International Credit & Debit Cards
PayPal
Local Payments
Wire Transfers

International cards can also be used for orders shipped to an address within India.
All international payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.

3. Payment Security & Privacy

Your payment security is a priority at iTokri.
All transactions are protected using SSL encryption
Card details are never stored on iTokri servers
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways
Two-factor authentication is applied where required by regulation

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) — India Only

COD is available for select locations within India.
Free COD on orders above ₹500
₹50 charge on orders below ₹500
COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch

Processing time for COD orders may be slightly longer than prepaid orders.
For faster dispatch, we recommend prepaid payments whenever possible.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

- Domestic Orders (India)

Product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500
No hidden or surprise charges at checkout

- International Orders

Product prices do not include customs duties or import taxes
Any such charges are paid by the recipient to local authorities
Customs duties are non-refundable

6. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds are handled as per our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Key points:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing usually takes up to 7 business days
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
International refunds are processed in INR and may vary due to exchange rates
Customs duties paid locally are non-refundable

7. Failed or Problematic Payments

If a payment fails or is deducted without order confirmation:

Please do not retry immediately
Contact us with transaction details
Our team will investigate and assist promptly

Most failed payments are automatically reversed by banks within a few working days.
