₹50 shipping charge on orders below ₹500

For select heavy or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply.
If applicable, this is clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.

Delivery Timeline (India)

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location
Remote or special pin codes may require additional time

Tracking details are shared as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Partners

We primarily ship using Blue Dart & Delhivery
If service is unavailable in your area, we use Government Registered Speed Post or equivalent trusted services.

2. International Shipping

iTokri ships to most countries worldwide.
Shipping Charges (International)

Free international shipping on orders above ₹10,000 (USD 100)
Flat ₹2,500 (USD 25) shipping on orders below ₹10,000 (USD 100)

No country-wise variations
No weight-based calculations
No fluctuating courier charges at checkout

International Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delays due to customs or local courier operations are outside our control, but we assist wherever possible.

Customs & Duties (International)

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are paid by the recipient
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total
If customs duties are not paid and the shipment is returned or destroyed, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch email

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Tracking details are shared via email once your order ships
You can track your shipment in real time using the courier link provided
If tracking information takes time to update, please allow 24–48 hours.
If a shipment appears delayed or stuck, our team will assist in following up.

5. Address Changes

Address changes are possible before dispatch
Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible
