iTokri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant iTokri a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for platform and promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on iTokri, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by iTokri or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

7. Products, Pricing & Handmade Variations

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free.
Handmade products may show natural variations in colour, texture, or finish. These are not defects.
Prices are subject to change and may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and verification.

9. International Orders

International orders are subject to customs regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and compliance are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. Limitation of Liability

iTokri provides its services on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTokri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order or INR 10,000, whichever is higher.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTokri from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving concerns through direct communication first.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Gwalior, India, in English.
Class or representative actions are not permitted.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. Obligations incurred before termination remain enforceable.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iTokri. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
