Description & Material
Thread work kids rakhi handcrafted for the very special khatta meetha bond between brother and sister. This rakhi features hand embroidery done with thread, combined with bead detailing. This rakhi comes from Jan Sandesh, where craftswomen have created each design themselves in playful shapes like birds, flowers, butterflies and ladybirds, making every piece unique, using upcycled waste fabric. You can reuse the rakhi after the festival by turning it into a brooch. It comes with a potli that has a handmade rajasthani puppet attached, which can also be removed and used as a keychain. Note : The Rajasthani puppet into keychain.

For orders within India, yes. You have 7 days from delivery, for unused product in its original packaging. WhatsApp our team with your order number and we handle it from there. Cotton feels soft, breathable, and familiar against skin. Handloom cotton has a slight irregularity you can feel with your fingertips . tiny slubs that machine-made fabric lacks.
How do I wash Cotton products?
Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water. Use mild detergent. Cotton can shrink 3-5% in the first wash. that's normal. Air dry in shade for best color retention.
Is Cotton suitable for all seasons?
Cotton breathes well in hot weather and layers comfortably in winter. It's one of the most versatile fabrics across Indian seasons. Lighter weaves suit summer; denser ones work in cooler months.
How durable is Cotton?
Cotton is one of the most durable natural fabrics. It holds up well to regular washing and daily wear. Handloom cotton often outlasts its machine-made counterparts.
What makes handloom Cotton different from mul cotton?
Handloom Cotton has a distinct texture. slightly uneven, with a softer hand-feel. It's woven on manual looms with natural yarn tension. Mill cotton is uniform but lacks that organic character.
