This exquisite orange pochampally ikat weave handloom 2-piece suit material set is crafted from pure raw mulberry silk. This suit material is woven using traditional handloom techniques by master weavers of pochampally, each thread is individually dyed before weaving, resulting in a unique and intricate ikat pattern. Ikat (Ikkat) is a dyeing technique used to pattern textiles that employs a resist dyeing process similar to tie-dye on either the warp or weft fibres prior to dyeing. Ikat has lovely patterns and is world-famous for its extremely beautiful colours, textures, and designs. This versatile suit material is perfect for creating elegant ethnic ensembles.
