BAANSULI – Bamboo Artisan Socio-Economic Upliftment Initiative (Baansuli) is also a combination of the two words. In other words, Baans means "bamboo" and Hansuli means "jewel pattern". Therefore, Baansuli's gems are made of bamboo, and economically empower the social enterprise. They specialize in unique handmade bamboo jewelry, rakhi, and home decor made from a variety of locally grown bamboo here in Dans. All of their products are quality controlled for appearance and discoloration resistance after washing. The methodology adopted within the goal is a community-integrated design. The purpose is to create a full-fledged, contemporary design. These intricately designed handmade products are extremely lightweight and affordable.
