Over 4,000 years old, this cire perdue (lost-wax) process involves replacing wax with molten metal, creating intricate and durable designs. This highly intricate and time-intensive process is still practiced in various tribal regions of India, particularly in Chhattisgarh and Odisha, where the legacy of Dokra artistry continues to thrive.
