International shipping options and charges are shown clearly during checkout based on your cart value. Once an order is placed, it is prepared, packed, and dispatched directly from our warehouse in India, with tracking provided at every step.

Flat international shipping of ₹2,500 (USD 25) on orders below ₹10,000 (USD 100)

3. Delivery Timelines & Fulfilment
Order processing
Most international orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery
Once dispatched, international orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing or local courier operations, which are outside our control.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local levies are not included in your order total.
Any customs duties or local taxes, if applicable, are payable by the recipient
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of your country
iTokri does not collect, control, or estimate these fees.
Important note on customs clearance
If customs duties or required charges are not paid by the recipient, the shipment may be:
Returned to origin, or Abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, depending on local regulations
In such cases:
The order will not be eligible for a refund
iTokri is not responsible for decisions taken by customs authorities
If your shipment requires additional information during customs clearance, our team will assist wherever possible.
