Asees is a design studio offering a wide range of accessories and home products that work exclusively on Phulkari craftsmanship. The brand was created in 2012 by Aakriti Ahuja, a design student who graduated from the Institute of Symbiotic Design. 'Asees' means 'Blessing' in Punjabi and it is indeed a blessing to be born in a country with excellent textiles and handicrafts. The brand is based in Abohar, Punjab, allowing us to discover its craft at its finest. At Asees, they intend to give a commercial angle to this device, which was previously only used for personal use, and to familiarize with the different product categories.
