Traditional ajrakh saree is hand block printed by Riyaz Abdulmajid Khatri. This saree is hand block printed by traditional ajrakh artisan using natural dyes, following a time-honoured craft that originated in Kutch, Gujarat. With a history spanning over 4,500 years, Ajrakh reflects India’s rich cultural legacy. Crafted in chanderi silk cotton, the saree is detailed with a zari border and finished with charming tassels that add an elegant touch. It is well suited for festive occasions, cultural gatherings and graceful everyday wear.
A Note on Handmade Beauty
Each piece is hand block printed and dyed using natural colors over a slow process of 15–20 days. As a result, you may notice slight variations in color, mild pigment smudges or irregular dye patterns, these are not defects. They’re gentle marks of authenticity, proudly bearing the touch of human hands, heritage and nature’s own palette. Wear them like a signature, because no two pieces are ever alike.

Dry clean only.

For those of you using a 44-inch wide fabric, this guide suggests measurements for a standard L Size. Think of this as your starting point. If you're working with different sizes or fabric widths, just adjust up or down accordingly. Hope this helps!
When it comes to how much fabric you'll need, it really depends on the design. We'd recommend having a chat with your designer or tailor before you order, just to be on the safe side.
