Can I return or exchange this?
For orders within India, yes. You have 7 days from delivery, for unused product in its original packaging. WhatsApp our team with your order number and we handle it from there. Orders shipped outside India cannot be returned or exchanged, so message us before you order and we will help with size, fabric and a video of the actual piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available in most Indian pin codes, and you will see it at checkout if yours qualifies. International orders are paid by card or PayPal, and are not COD-eligible.

What type of colours are included?
The product page lists the exact type: watercolours, poster colours, fabric paints, or natural pigments. Each set specifies the number of shades and volume per container.
Are these safe for children?
Most of our art supplies use non-toxic formulations suitable for children. Check the product description for age recommendations. Natural pigment sets may stain hands and clothes temporarily.
Are these handmade or natural pigments?
Many of our colour sets use natural earth pigments or plant-based dyes made by artisans. Some sets use standard artist-grade pigments. The product page specifies the pigment source.
How do I store these to keep them fresh?
Store in a cool, dry place with lids tightly closed. Natural pigments last longer when kept away from moisture and direct sunlight. Liquid paints should be used within the timeframe on the label.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We photograph actual art supplies in natural light. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Handmade pigments and paints have natural batch-to-batch variation.
