A Kerchief, also known as a bandana or bandana, is a triangular or square piece of fabric that is tied around the head, face, or neck for protection or decoration.
A bandana is a large handkerchief, often with vibrant patterns and colours. Although used for many purposes, bandanas are often worn on the head, to hold hair or absorb sweat, or around the neck for sun protection.
The pattern is called paisley and extends across national borders. The name comes from the town of Paisley in western Scotland, where the pattern was first duplicated.
So, although the bandana on the head is mainly used to block the sun and wind, this piece of fabric has also become one of the most loved fashion accessories used to coordinate clothes. Bandanas can be worn as a headband or as a skullcap.
Bandana fabric is most preferably made from a blend of cotton and polyester. This keeps the bandana in shape and hard enough to be machine washable.
