Can I return or exchange this?
For orders within India, yes. You have 7 days from delivery, for unused product in its original packaging. WhatsApp our team with your order number and we handle it from there. Orders shipped outside India cannot be returned or exchanged, so message us before you order and we will help with size, fabric and a video of the actual piece.

Our handmade envelopes come in standard letter, A5, and square sizes. Exact dimensions are on the product page. Most fit standard cards and folded A4 sheets.
What paper or material are these made from?
Our envelopes use handmade paper, recycled paper, or fabric-lined card stock. The product page lists the exact material. Each batch has a distinct texture.
Can I write on these with any pen?
Ballpoint and gel pens work best on handmade paper envelopes. Fountain pen ink may bleed on textured or uncoated surfaces. Test on the flap first if unsure.
Are these self-sealing or do I need glue?
Most of our envelopes have a tuck-in flap rather than adhesive. Some come with a peel-and-seal strip. The product page specifies the closure type for each design.
Is this suitable for gifting or wedding invitations?

What does Cotton feel like?
Cotton feels soft, breathable, and familiar against skin. Handloom cotton has a slight irregularity you can feel with your fingertips . tiny slubs that machine-made fabric lacks.
How do I wash Cotton products?
Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water. Use mild detergent. Cotton can shrink 3-5% in the first wash. that's normal. Air dry in shade for best color retention.
Is Cotton suitable for all seasons?
Cotton breathes well in hot weather and layers comfortably in winter. It's one of the most versatile fabrics across Indian seasons. Lighter weaves suit summer; denser ones work in cooler months.
How durable is Cotton?
Cotton is one of the most durable natural fabrics. It holds up well to regular washing and daily wear. Handloom cotton often outlasts its machine-made counterparts.
What makes handloom Cotton different from mul cotton?
Handloom Cotton has a distinct texture. slightly uneven, with a softer hand-feel. It's woven on manual looms with natural yarn tension. Mill cotton is uniform but lacks that organic character.
