Purple batik hand block print kota doria cotton saree by artisan Purushottam Chhipa. This saree is created using the traditional wax-resist dyeing technique, estimated to be around 2,000 years old. Kota doria is an age-old Indian textile produced in the Kota district of Rajasthan. The doria or threads, are finely interwoven to create signature check patterns. Its lightweight and sheer texture gives it an exquisite grace and elegance of its own. The saree comes with a matching blouse piece to complete the look.
