Yes. Our dupattas work well as head coverings, neck scarves, or draped over the shoulder. The lighter ones double up nicely for travel and layering.
We recommend a cold water hand wash for the first use. Some natural dyes may release slight color initially. that settles after the first wash. Always wash separately the first time.

Iron on low heat while slightly damp for best results. Use a pressing cloth on silk, chiffon, or embroidered dupattas. Steam works well on cotton and linen. Avoid high heat on synthetics.
Assamese craft traditions include Muga silk weaving, cane and bamboo work, bell metal casting, pottery, and wood carving. Muga silk is exclusive to Assam. a golden silk that improves in sheen with each wash.
Each Assamese craft has specialist communities. Muga silk weavers rear silkworms on som trees and weave on traditional looms. Bamboo workers split and weave cane. Bell metal casters use lost-wax technique with local alloys.
Look for minor variations in shape, color, or pattern. Machine-made products look perfectly uniform. Handmade Digital Print pieces carry the maker's touch in every small detail.
