Sheikh Moidun Nilufar started her own brand in 2019 called "Weave India". Weave India promotes its business to national and international markets through exhibitions all around India. Weave India crafts eco-friendly solutions to its synthetic, non-biodegradable counterparts. We work to provide a better livelihood to the artisans by channelling their craftsmanship to a new height. Providing advanced design training to the skilled artisans in the cluster We already have been providing various handloom and handicraft design training and manufacturing training in different parts of the Northeast. With some specific advanced training and tools, we have converted the flat mat into various structural products that have multiple uses. Sheikh Moidun Nilufar was awarded by the Hon’ble Union Finance Minister of the Government of India on February 27, 2020, by the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman. Under the Entrepreneurship Program, as the best woman entrepreneur, she received the award for extraordinary service and dedication as a social entrepreneur on June 7, 2022.
