RootsTale is a branded initiative that facilitates the cross-matching of ideas from artisan artisans and hand weavers. This is an initiative that mainly works with rural and urban female artisans who have little or no access to traditional markets. As a businesswoman, she believes they need to economically empower female artisans so they can redefine social relationships that benefit them. The 60-person team includes artisans, weavers, artisans, tailors and manufacturers. They maintain their commitment to rural development and women's empowerment and are true symbols of crafts and craft organizations.
